What is an Apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is a nationally recognised pathway that allows you to build a skilled trade career by combining paid, hands-on work experience with formal technical training. It’s the ideal choice for those who prefer to learn by doing, want to gain a qualification without student debt, and are interested in becoming a certified tradesperson.

At the same time, you’ll complete nationally recognised training through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), usually at a TAFE or accredited private provider.
